BPI, Microsoft and University Nova of Lisbon launch START Award

BPI, Microsoft and Universidade Nova of Lisbon have launched START – National Entrepreneurship Award. Anyone or any company can apply to this award as long as a business project whose operation centre is in Portugal is presented and whose starting capital is less than 2.5 million euros. The best entrepreneurial project will receive a prize of 40.000€ and the second best will receive 10.000€, which will be included in the company’s social capital.

All 8 finalists will be awarded with the Microsoft Empower software and will have access to special terms of credit in BPI. START’s jury will be presided by Artur Santos Silva, BPI’s Administration Counsel President.
