Wine and Gastronomic Dinners innovate on tradition
Regarding the event, a cycle of 4 wine and gastronomic dinners was promoted to show the innovation in tradition, the quality and wealth of wines and Portuguese gastronomy. These dinners were not only a moment of fraternization and relax, but also an attempt to demystify the association of entrepreneurship and OPEN to the new technologies.
This cycle of wine dinners
was attended by 165 people, and proportionate a trip through the flavours of
Portugal, once that were provided with new approaches to the traditional plates
of the Beira Alta, Beira Litoral, Trás-os-Montes e Alentejo regions. Dão Sul,
Paço das Cortes, Filipa Pato, Quinta da Serradinha, Real Batalha, Adega
Cooperativa de Valpaços, Herdade do Rocim e Quinta da Sapeira were the wines
that accompanied the meals during the four days.
