Training Courses at OPEN
OPEN developed in partnership with ANJE, a set of training courses that took place between 9th and 31st March, with the aim of promoting an INNOVATION CULTURE within the entrepreneurial tissue.
The intent was to offer to the SMEs really useful tools, which allowed making easy the accomplishment of RDI Projects (Research+ Development+ Innovation), and at the same time to augment the attendant companies’ level of knowledge about how to make RDI.
This training made part of “RDI for Pymes”, that was developed within the scope of the INTERREG III B European Southwest and co-financed by FEDER (European Regional Development Fund).
The addressees had access to four different courses, namely:
- Technology Management, with a sum of 19 trainees,
- How to structure the development process of new processes, with a sum of 18 trainees,
- How to finance R+D+I projects I, with a sum of 17 trainees, and
- Benchmarking Methodologies, with a sum of 19 trainees.
The several courses main goals were:

endow the trainees with knowlegde about the major activities and demands to consider in the implementation of a technology management system in a company, taking into account its resorces and capacities;

call the trainees attention for the advantages of a correct technology management and to the tools that can be used;

endow the trainees with basic knowledge about how to conceive, implement and manage new processes;

contribute for the increase of companies' competences and for the implementation of RDI projects in the entrepreneurial tissue;

endow the trainees with knowledge about the major forms of financing RDI projects, and
-
know the concepts, types and benefits of using BENCHMARKING and how to develop an exercise it using the learned methodologies.
