Premises

The OPEN building will be composed of different units, which will simultaneously lodge industrial and service companies (8 of each, maximum). One of the concepts applied in the design of this building was space flexibility, so that it is possible to arrange and rearrange the different areas, according to specific needs.

The building, with three floors, will also accommodate common areas, such as the atrium and reception desk, the archives, several meeting rooms, an IT room, a room for videoconferences as well as a multifunctional one.

Each industrial unit will have 125 m2 for the manufacturing area and 84 m2 for offices and locker rooms.

The area available for each service unit will be of 67 m2.
